Renewal of CoverageGlobal Medical Insurancesm is annually renewable
and coverage is continuous when renewed. Prior to the end of each period
of insurance (12 months) you will receive a renewal form. You must continue
to meet the eligibility requirements outlined above in order to renew.
There are no medical questions at renewal and rates do not change based
on your individual claims activity. Your premium will be the same rate
as all persons of your same class.
