Eligibility

Patriot Executive is designed for:

US citizens who:

• are employed by a company with a location in the United States
  
• are covered by an individual or group medical plan while in the United States
  
• travel outside of the United States frequently throughout the year
  
  

Canadian citizens who:

• are employed by a company with a location in Canada
• are covered by an individual or group medical plan while in Canada
• travel outside of Canada and the United States frequently throughout the year
  

This plan provides up to US$1,000,000 of medical coverage for these individuals and their families while they are traveling outside of the United States.
