Patriot Platinum AmericaSM is short-term travel insurance providing medical benefits and emergency evacuation for non-US individuals and their families who voyage outside of their home country.
The travel insurance medical plan has deductible options from $0 to $25,000, maximum policy limits ranging from $1,000,000 to $8,000,000 and is available in monthly or daily rates. You can renew for up to 36 months if you initially purchase a plan that provides coverage for at least 3 months of travel.
The below medical insurance rates are based upon a USD $250 annual deductible option, which is payable per policy period if you need to seek medical treatment. Additional deductible options are available.
