International Travel Health Insurance

Patriot InternationalSM is a plan providing international travel health insurance for U.S. citizens who travel overseas for a minimum of 5 days up to 12 months and can be renewed for a maximum of 24 months. Plan benefits include medical evacuation, repatriation, trip cancellation, lost baggage, accidental death and dismemberment and choice of deductible and policy limits. New Benefit Enhancements for 2014.  

   

GlobeHopperSM Senior is a temporary travel medical insurance plan designed specifically for travelers age 65+ who travel outside of the United States. The plan provides seniors who are U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents with short-term health insurance, emergency medical and political evacuation, repatriation of remains, choice of deductibles and plan maximums up to $1,000,000. Seniors can choose from two plan options: The Single-Trip protects senior travelers for trips from 5 days up to 12 months while on a single trip. The Multi-Trip gives frequent senior travelers the ability to purchase an annual plan to cover multiple trips during a 12-month period, with each trip covered up to 30 days maximum.

   

Patriot AmericaSM covers all nationalities, except U.S. citizens who travel outside of their country of citizenship from a minimum of 5 days up to 12 months and can be renewed for a maximum of 24 months. This international travel and health insurance plan benefits include medical, emergency medical evacuation, repatriation, trip cancellation, loss of luggage, accidental death and dismemberment and choice of deductible and policy limits.  

   

Patriot America® Plus is a plan for non-U.S. citizens who need short-term health insurance coverage when traveling outside of their home country. The policy offers coverage for medical benefits (including the Acute Onset of Pre-existing conditions prior to age70), emergency political and medical evacuation, repatriation of remains, and a choice of deductibles and plan maximums up to $500,000. Non-U.S. individuals, families, and groups may purchase this plan for temporary medical insurance from 5 days to 2 years.

   

Patriot Platinum International® is an enhanced benefits plan geared toward U.S. citizens who intend to reside overseas. The Patriot Platinum International provides coverage for U.S. citizens traveling abroad for a minimum of 5 days up to 12 months and can be renewed for up to a maximum of three (3) years. Each Patriot Platinum plan provides coverage for medical, emergency dental if injured in an accident, emergency medical evacuation, repatriation of remains, trip cancellation insurance, accidental death and dismemberment and political evacuation depending upon the circumstances.  

   

Patriot Platinum America® provides international travel insurance coverage for all nationalities excluding U.S. citizens who travel outside their home country for a minimum of five days up to 12 months and can be renewed up to a maximum of three (3) years. The plan provides higher limits of coverage, as wells as higher reimbursement levels.  

   

Patriot Multi Trip® is an international travel health insurance plan for or frequent travelers who take multiple short-term trips overseas during a year. The plan covers up to 30 or up to 45 days per trip without having without having to reapply for insurance every time you travel abroad throughout the year.  

   

Patriot AdventureSM provides coverage for international travel health insurance coverage to adventurous travelers who take trips overseas for a minimum of 30 days up to maximum of six (6) months. The plan covers injuries that could occur during non-contact amateur athletics such horseback riding, mountain biking, snorkeling, skiing and snowboarding (See brochure for more details about covered activities and excluded activities). Although the Patriot Adventure plan is not renewable, it can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent coverage periods. New Deductible, Coinsurance, Eligibility, Conditions of Coverage and Pre-Existing Condition Exclusions apply to any succeeding or subsequent Period of Coverage.
